We take great care in crafting each item, and we hope you love your purchase. Please note that all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged, broken, or there was an error on our part.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@infinitymetals.us so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may require photos of the damage or defect to process your claim.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error with the order. This policy applies to all items, including personalized products.

Refunds

If your return is approved due to damage, defect, or a mistake on our end, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the item. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
